Our Dream House

Mike and I decided to build our dream houses for EACH OTHER this past week. It took some glue, graham crackers, frosting, candy, and a lot of creativity but they turned out pretty darn good if I may say so, (literally).

Mike's House: A-Frame Log Cabin, built by yours truely...

Fully equipped with 2 stories, a marshmallow chimney, and its very own Christmas lights along the front of the house and porch.

Also included... Mike's own personal pond for fishing (see Mike and fishing pole below)

Lisa's House: built by Mike

A 2-story home with a big porch, big yard, and even a little dormer window upstairs

Mine also comes with Christmas lights (much bigger and brighter than Mike's), a smart roof, peppermint walkway, marshmallow tree and a bench in the front yard to sit and enjoy the sunsets...

Merry Christmas!

That is such a cute idea! I love it. Both houses turned out great. Before I even read the caption for mike's house...I knew it had to be his! Emmett is getting so big and so cute!

You guys are great! I love it! I can't decide which house is the best! I am sure that are both great! I hope that the roads are good on New Year's Eve, so that you three can come to the cabin. It would be great to see you guys.

Wow.. you guys did an awesome job on those houses! We made some at our family Christmas party but they didn't turn out half as nice. Maybe the trick is using REAL glue INSTEAD of frosting to hold it together? :-) What a cute little family you have!

How fun! I am so impressed with your ginger bread house-making skills. Now if only we could live in them...

Oh my gosh Emmett is ADORABLE!!! He looks so, so cute in his Santa outfit!

And I have to say that you guys might want to consider going into graham cracker house making!! You are GOOD! I was incredibly impressed! What a fun date. Oh and I LOVED that you're holding the baby on the bench... so cute!

If he has thunder thighs you definitely need to post a pic of them. :)
