I woke up the other day with that song in my head and thought it was pretty fitting for my life right now. My last official day of work was last Friday, one week ago. Probably up there in one of the happiest days of my life. Its been a long ride, and it feels so good to be unemployed. I'm to the point now where I don't even like going out in public anymore. I have about 4 shirts that still fit, and I've resorted to wearing Mike's t-shirts now because at least they're modest. So to be able to stay hibernated in our little house is quite nice. My one adventure is going on my daily walk around the neighborhood. But I try and go when people are all at work or at school. Things with the baby are going well, found out I'm dilated to a 1cm which made me feel great and I have a lot of Braxton Hicks. So at least
something is happening.
We also celebrated Mike's 29th birthday last week. I asked him what he wanted to do, as in where to go to dinner, or a movie, or whatever. But as a typical Mike thing to say he said he just wanted to have a cookout with some friends up the canyon. So we did.
Mike's birthday pumkin pie. We only used 1 candle cause I wasn't sure if the pumkin could handle 29....

yeah, don't worry. I am the same way. My babies always wait until d-day. Oh, well. I guess as long as they are healthy it's okay right?! Oh and Happy Birthday Mike!
